Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU), one of Florida’s largest credit unions, today announces the opening of its newest full-service branch in Miami Gardens on May 11. This branch strengthens SCCU’s presence in Miami-Dade County and reinforces its commitment to serving the region’s growing and diverse communities. Located at 20395 NW 2nd Ave Miami, FL 33169, the new branch offers residents financial solutions, bilingual support, drive-thru banking, ATMs and SCCU’s signature Financial Watchdog approach to member service.

The Miami Gardens location marks SCCU’s newest South Florida expansion, and second Miami Gardens location, as the Credit Union continues growing its regional footprint with more than 30 branches from Boca Raton through Miami-Dade County.
Miami-Dade County reports that 67% of residents speak Spanish, underscoring the importance of accessible, bilingual financial services in the area. To meet the needs of this diverse community, SCCU offers support in both English and Spanish. Nearly 80% of SCCU’s South Florida Team Members are Spanish-speaking, allowing the Credit Union to provide personalized assistance both in branches and over the phone so members can confidently navigate their financial journeys.
This expansion supports SCCU’s existing and growing base of more than 152,000 members in Miami-Dade County while creating 6 new jobs under the leadership of Naomi Samuels. The approximately 5,100 square-foot building features both walk-up and drive-up ATMs and convenient Saturday drive-thru hours designed to better serve the needs of local residents and families.
