Atlantic Federal Credit Union has appointed Jonathan Stowers as Chief Operations Officer and Chris Perry as Chief Lending Officer, adding two experienced members to the organization’s Senior Leadership Team.
Jon, who has been with Atlantic for over eleven years, previously led the credit union’s Information Technology department. As Chief Operations Officer, he will oversee operations and technology, focusing on the systems, processes, and support that help Atlantic operate efficiently and deliver an exceptional member experience.
Chris has been named Chief Lending Officer after seven years growing Atlantic’s Commercial Lending department. Under his leadership, Atlantic expanded its commercial lending portfolio and became Maine’s leading credit union for SBA lending. In his new role, he will oversee the credit union’s lending strategy while continuing to lead its commercial lending efforts and support the growth of its mortgage business.
The appointments support Atlantic’s continued focus on thoughtful growth, operational excellence, and delivering value to members across Maine.
