Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union has named Ken Gardner as its new Vice President of Human Resources.
In his elevated role, he provides executive leadership for the credit union's enterprise-wide people strategy. His directive focuses on aligning workforce culture, leadership talent, and employee engagement with long-term business performance.
Gardner began his credit union career in 2012 as an HR assistant with Greater Texas. He climbed through the ranks as HR manager, Total Rewards and HRIS Manager, and Assistant Vice President. During his tenure, Gardner modernized internal HR practices, advanced employee engagement strategies, and built a highly professional HR team.
