The Summit Federal Credit Union sponsors “Syracuse Skies,” the newest show at MOST’s ExploraDome

Rochester, NY (July 8, 2026) |

The Summit Federal Credit Union is proud to be the sponsor of the newest show at MOST’s ExploraDome: “Syracuse Skies.” This show starts on July 8th and runs through January 3rd, 2027. Admission is free.

The National Grid ExploraDome’s state-of-the-art theatre and Silverman Planetarium immerse visitors in a completely new experience through vibrant colors, out of this world surround sound, and a giant screen spanning beyond your vision.

From solstices and solar activity to constellations and comets, the 25-minute “Syracuse Skies” show explores the night sky in Syracuse. The show will help visitors discover new trips and tricks for stargazing, learn how to identify constellations visible year-round in our region, and experience unique astronomical phenomena that take place at specific times each year — or only once in a “blue moon!”

“At the MOST, we believe every child should have the opportunity to look up, ask questions, and be inspired by the universe around them,” said Lauren Kochian, President of the MOST. “Thanks to the generous support of The Summit Federal Credit Union, children and their families can enjoy our planetarium show at no cost, creating memorable experiences while making science education more accessible to our community. Partnerships like this help ensure students in CNY have the opportunity to "discover, learn & play...".

“We are thrilled to continue this partnership with MOST, following on our support of ‘Stargazing’ earlier this year,” commented Twanda Christensen, VP of Marketing and Community Engagement at The Summit. “We are always encouraging our members to ‘reach for the stars’ regarding their financial lives, and this new show will have visitors of all ages from across Central New York marveling at actual stars and constellations as they appear in their area.

Admission to “Syracuse Skies” is free, but tickets must be reserved in advance.
