First Financial Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Jessica Tortorice to Chief Marketing Officer. In her new role, Tortorice will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the efforts of marketing and sales toward the accomplishments of the overall credit union objectives. She will continue working closely with the President/CEO, Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and other internal departments to align marketing initiatives with the credit union’s strategic plan and long-term vision.
Tortorice joined First Financial in 2008 as Marketing Coordinator. Over the years, she progressed to a variety of roles including Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and Assistant Vice President of Marketing. She most recently held the position of Vice President of Marketing & Business Development.

Tortorice holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication with a Concentration in Public Relations and a Minor in Marketing from Marist College, and a Master of Arts Degree in Corporate and Public Communication with a Certificate in Public Relations from Monmouth University.
Regarding her new role at the credit union, Tortorice stated, “I look forward to continue working with the Leadership Team to develop strategies that strengthen our relationship with our members and highlight the value we strive to deliver daily. We pride ourselves on understanding our members and providing attention that’s tailored to their needs, and effectively communicating that is essential.”
