CU*Answer file expansion project in full swing

GRAND RAPIDS (November 19, 2013) -- CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, reports that their File Expansion Project (FEP) is well underway. Hundreds of programming hours have already been invested in the project that changes the foundation elements of their signature CU*BASE® software to set the stage for the future growth of their credit union clients.

Specifically, FEP expands, reorganizes, and standardizes fields in many key member files, including balance amounts and dates in account and transaction files. “A project of this magnitude has been and will remain the focus of the majority of CU*Answers development, testing and documentation teams,” says a CU*Answers source. Client beta testing is scheduled for February 2014 will a full release next fall.
