They now have access to concierge services, provided by Cincinnati-based Best Upon Request (BEST). UFCU is providing this new benefit to show how valued employees are to the organization. The service reduces stress by helping employees balance the demands of their personal and professional lives. BEST’s concierges can offer assistance with nearly any item on an employee’s to-do list.
BEST’s on-site office at UFCU’s corporate headquarters will offer errand running services, in addition to traditional services such as event planning and information research which are available to all UFCU employees coast to coast. BEST is working with vendors near locations in six states to offer services like dry cleaning and oil changes.
