Bethpage, NY (February 5, 2014) – Bethpage Federal Credit Union, New York State’s largest credit union and Long Island’s leading community financial institution, recently celebrated the grand opening of one of its newest branches on Long Island within the King Kullen supermarket located at 231 W. Merrick Road in Valley Stream. The Valley Stream branch marks the credit union’s fourth branch location inside a King Kullen. Bethpage currently has 27 Long Island branches, with 15 located in Nassau County and 12 located in Suffolk County.

The new bilingual branch employs seven employees in a 456 square foot location. Fernando Rebellon is the new Valley Stream branch manager. Hours are Monday-Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM; Saturday, 10 AM – 4 PM; and Sunday, 11 AM – 4 PM. This is Bethpage’s 17th bilingual branch. Three additional Bethpage branches are slated to open in Nassau County in 2014 in Long Beach, Baldwin and Albertson.
