LAKE JACKSON, TX (April 8, 2014) -- TDECU-Your Credit Union has announced that Andrew Wayman has joined the credit union as its new Vice President and Chief Technology Officer.
Wayman is a highly skilled leader with over 14 years of experience in a variety of industries and environments. He brings with him extensive experience developing user-focused products and services and a deep passion for leveraging technology to create products that positively effect peoples lives.
As Chief Technology Officer, Wayman will work with TDECU’s technology team to deliver new tech tools for members’ mobile and online services and payments, ensuring that the team is staying ahead of changing technologies that its members and employees need and expect.
Prior to joining TDECU, Wayman served as the Sr. Director of Creative and User Experience for Netspend. While at Netspend he led an award-winning team of Creatives, Mobile Technologists and UX Strategists to develop personalized, impactful consumer experiences for leading brands such as PayPal, BET, Intuit, and H-E-B. Additionally, under his leadership, he helped position Netspend as a product leader in the prepaid sector.
Prior to his role with Netspend, Wayman held several key positions managing Product, R&D, and Experience while working with some of the country’s top retail brands to develop technology and enhance their customer experience.
