INDIANAPOLIS, IN (May 6, 2014) --
FORUM Credit Union is honored to place third, among large companies, on the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s “Best Places to Work” list for 2014. This is the third consecutive year that FORUM has made the list with the company receiving a fourth place ranking in 2013.
Companies setting the standard with their workplace practices were honored at the Indiana Convention Center during an awards ceremony on Thursday, May 1. The top companies in the state were determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. Winners were selected from four categories: small companies of between 15 and 74 U.S. employees; medium companies of between 75 and 249 employees; large companies of between 250 and 999 employees; and major companies with 1,000 or more employees.
“It is a tremendous honor to be ranked as a top place to work for a third consecutive year,” said Doug True, CEO of FORUM Credit Union. “Our staff truly cares about our members and is committed to helping them live their financial dreams. This recognition affirms our focus on both our members and our FORUM teammates.”
This is the ninth year for the program. All companies that participate in the Best Places to Work program will also receive an in-depth evaluation identifying strengths and weaknesses according to their employees. More information about the Best Places to Work companies is available in special section of the Indiana Chamber’s BizVoice® magazine.
