MALVERN, PA (May 19, 2014) -- Akcelerant, a provider of software and services to the financial industry, presented its eighth annual Pioneer Award to Members 1st Federal Credit Union during the Opening Ceremony of the 2014 Akcelerant Customer Educational Conference. The award is given out at each Akcelerant conference to one financial institution that has demonstrated a continued contribution to the advancement of new technology with Akcelerant. Members 1st is a Symitar user with over $2.6 billion in assets and more than 255,000 members, who went live on the Framework for collection in May 2006 and has more recently implemented the Framework’s lending solution as well.
Besides being a powerful user of multiple Akcelerant products, Members 1st has demonstrated their commitment to helping Akcelerant advance its technology through their willingness to collaborate on loan origination features related to vendor management and indirect lending. Input received from Members 1st was invaluable during these projects and allowed Akcelerant to release numerous enhancements to these features over the past year.
