WATERLOO, IA (July 30, 2014) -- Veridian Credit Union is pleased to announce that Sarah Corkery, Eric Kinman, Michael McDaniel and Amber Youngblut will be the second group of Sprint Team participants. The Sprint Team is an Executive Development program designed to prepare staff for senior leadership within Veridian. Participants serve a two-year term.
Corkery, of Cedar Falls, was most recently an Account Manager and Healthcare Marketing Manager at AMPERAGE Marketing (formerly ME&V). She graduated from Wartburg College with a bachelor's degree in Communication Arts. Corkery received the Wartburg Young Alumni Award in 2013.
Kinman, of Des Moines, has chosen to remain on the Sprint team as the Innovation and Implementation Officer. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a bachelor's degree in English and is pursuing a master's in Business Administration from Drake University. Kinman has been with Veridian for more than 13 years.
McDaniel, of Johnston, was most recently the Manager of Marketing. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Journalism and is approaching two years with Veridian.
Youngblut, of Jesup, was most recently the Manager of Human Resources. She has a master's degree in Business Administration and bachelor's degrees in Management Information Systems and Music, both from the University of Northern Iowa. Youngblut has been with Veridian for more than two years.
