KINGSTON, NY (August 5, 2014) -- Cindi deOlde has been awarded the Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union Chairman’s Award for TALENT as announced by Gary Anderson, Chairman of the Board. Anderson maintains the value of the award is to encourage employees to go above and beyond, and acknowledge employees’ dedication and commitment to MHV.
TALENT is an acronym that represents the winning attributes of Top Performance, Availability, Leadership, Energy, New Vision andTeamwork.
The Chairman presented Cindi deOlde with the award to the applause of directors and management at the July 30 board meeting.

Cindi deOlde began her career with MHV 24 years ago as Junior Savings Representative and has since progressed to Lead Member Service Representative (MSR). She is responsible for opening new accounts and loans, training new MSR's, and providing operational support.
Cindi is admired for her expertise when it comes to just about any operational question or problem. She has an understanding of the credit union’s policies and procedures that is unreal. She can recall how to do something in a moment's notice. Cindi is extremely organized and very precise with her work which helps to keep the branch on track.

Cindi is a graduate of Kingston High School and Ulster Community College.
