D. Hilton is pleased to announce the promotions of Brian Kidwell and Janice Shisler to the position of Executive Vice President.

Shisler has worked at D. Hilton Associates Inc. for sixteen years as an integral team member in executive recruiting, project management, and human resources. Under her guidance, the executive recruiting team has successfully placed executives in the credit union industry throughout the country and continues to develop strategic initiatives for D. Hilton and the field at large.

Kidwell has led the strategic services practice at D. Hilton since 2001, most recently as Senior Vice President. The strategic services team provides clients with research and strategic guidance through executive succession planning, compensation and benefits analysis, executive recruiting analytics, qualitative and quantitative research, site selection analysis, organizational assessment, merger facilitation, and strategic
planning. Under Kidwell’s leadership, the strategic services practice conducts multiple research initiatives each year in order to provide the credit union industry with up to date information regarding financial services trends. As Executive Vice President, Kidwell is also an integral part of D. Hilton’s retention and retirement practice with Debra Hilton, implementing competitive retirement plans for executives throughout the industry.
