Army Aviation Center Federal Credit Union surprises Starbucks customers with free breakfast and coffee

MOBILE, AL (October 14, 2014) -- Army Aviation Center Federal Credit Union (AACFCU) surprised customers at the Starbucks restaurant located near the Credit Union's branch on Downtowner Boulevard by paying for their breakfast or coffee on Friday, October 3. Customers who visited the restaurant between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. were greeted by Starbucks staff letting them know their order was paid for by AACFCU.

Kasie Irby, AACFCU business development officer, and Lisa Hales, AACFCU vice president of marketing, were also onsite for the event and had the opportunity to talk to many customers about the benefits of joining a credit union. AACFCU has five locations in Mobile, and partnering with the Starbucks restaurant proved to be a great opportunity to advertise the Credit Union and its services as well as spread good cheer in the community.
