CHICAGO, IL (October 29, 2014) -- 1to1 Card (www.1to1card.com), a leader and innovator in prepaid card management services, today announced that Paul Boemer has joined the company as Chief Strategy Officer. Formerly senior vice president and national sales director for FIS Healthcare Payment Solutions, Mr. Boemer also served as senior vice president, healthcare and government solutions at Metavante. As senior vice president, national sales director at Metavante, he was instrumental in guiding Metavante's entry into the prepaid market and built FIS's healthcare group, which was sold for $335 million in 2012.
Mr. Boemer brings more than three decades of exceptional leadership and demonstrated expertise in business development and sales experience in prepaid solutions, healthcare and government payment solutions and electronic payments to his new position at 1to1 Card. A seasoned leader, he will draw on his deep experience to continue 1to1Card's significant growth and market expansion. In his position as Chief Strategy Officer, Mr. Boemer will be responsible for guiding company strategy and product direction in addition to sales, client relations and expansion into emerging markets.
