WARNER ROBINS, GA (January 15, 2015) -- The American Red Cross collected 28 pints of blood from Robins Federal Credit Union employees, members, and members of the community at a blood drive held on Tuesday, January 13th at Robins Federal Credit Union.
Each unit of blood has the ability to save up to three lives. That means the blood collected at Robins Federal Credit Union’s semiannual blood drive has the potential to save 84 lives.
The American Red Cross recently issued a state of emergency notice due to dwindling blood supplies. To find a donation location, please visit the American Red Cross website.
