NEEDHAM, MA (July 13, 2015) -- Sharon Credit Union announces its scholarship recipients for 2015. The Credit Union awards its scholarships to graduating seniors from within its membership footprint who plan on furthering their education. The scholarships are awarded to students who excel in academics, extracurricular activities and community service. This year Sharon Credit Union awarded $2,500 to each of the following students: Abigail Roane of Stoughton, will be attending Worcester Polytechnical Institute for Biomedical Engineering Sydney Conti of Walpole, will be attending Boston College for Nursing Jacob Milley of Sharon, will be attending George Washington University for International Relations Caitriona Day of Mansfield, will be attending UMASS Amherst for Nursing Benjamin Horton of North Attleboro, will be attending Western New England University for Pharmacy Riley Fleck of Foxboro, will be attending Bridgewater State University for Athletics The scholarships were presented by Dudley Davenport, Chairman of the Board during a reception held at the Corporate Office for the recipients and their families.
