The Coeur d’Alene Traders Club and the Coeur d’Alene Area Economic Development Corporation are long time partners in commercial and economic growth in northern Idaho. These two organizations work together to help bring new employers to the region and foster the group of existing business already here.
“It’s the partnerships with our realtors that makes it possible to find the perfect commercial properties for incoming and expanding businesses,” said Gynii Gilliam. “The opportunity to work with a united group of realtors gives us the advantage of finding a great location for a business. The partnership also gives us the contact with the businesses to relay key information to convince them that this is the right place to do business.”
The CDA Traders are a group of mainly fulltime commercial real estate agents and brokers who focus on commercial real estate and are held to higher standard of knowledge, professionalism and expertise in the commercial market. What started out as small group of dedicated professionals who came together in 2008 to form the organization has grown into a network of over 40 members from nearly all the local and regional real estate sales, management, development and appraisal firms.
