Vicky James has joined ABNB Federal Credit Union as the new Relationship Manager at the Yorktown branch, located at 1600 George Washington Highway in Yorktown. This is ABNB’s first branch location on the Peninsula with other locations planned in the future to serve members financial needs across Hampton Roads and northeastern North Carolina.
James brings over 26 years of financial services experience to the credit union previously holding managerial roles at a variety of banks in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area. She will be responsible for enhancing relationships with existing members while building relationships with new members and within the communities ABNB now serves.
“I am pleased to have Vicky join the ABNB team as the Relationship Manager of our first location on the Peninsula,” stated Christina Valentin, Area Manager. “It is an exciting opportunity for both ABNB and Vicky to help us as we expand into a new market area and introduce ABNB’s values, products and extraordinary member service to the Yorktown and surrounding communities. She brings a wealth of knowledge in financial services including banking, investments and insurance. With her ties to the local community, we’re looking forward to her rekindling many relationships with residents and small businesses in the area,” concluded Valentin.
