The HW Tech100 was developed six years ago by Housing Wire Magazine to recognize the most innovative technology companies in the U.S.housing economy, spanning the real estate and mortgage industries. This marks the sixth consecutive year that Calyx Software has received the industry award.
Housing Wire included Calyx Software on the 2019 HW Tech 100 list because the company has been a recognized leader in the loan origination systems space for more than two decades. In addition, Calyx’s technology solves real-world problems. The publication specifically highlighted the company’s point-of-sale system, Zip, which streamlines the mortgage origination process, allowing borrowers to conveniently begin the loan application process online. Since its launch in 2018, Zip has been adopted by thousands of mortgage professionals across 45 states and boasts a 76 percent completion rate for borrower loan interviews.
