Hiway Federal Credit Union® (Hiway) is pleased to announce that Choua Yang has been selected by The Cooperative Trust and Credit Union National Association (CUNA) to attend Crash the CO-OP THINK19 Conference, representing the Minnesota Credit Union Network!
“We’re thrilled to work again with CO-OP this year to provide leadership development, education, mentorship, and networking opportunities to young professionals through the Crash program at THINK,” said Lauren Culp, Manager of the Cooperative Trust. “We see these rising stars return to their credit unions energized, empowered, and excited to continue to build their careers in the credit union movement.”
CO-OP’s THINK conference helps the nation’s most forward-thinking credit union leaders identify and take advantage of the opportunities presented by rapidly evolving technology. A group of 19 young professionals will be crashing the conference to learn from their peers, along with experts in fintech, trends, strategic agility and member experience.
“I am one of the committee members for the Hiway Young Professionals,” said Choua Yang, Assistant Consumer Loan Manager. “Our committee focuses on keeping our young professionals engaged in credit union events and activities. I’d love to see what I can learn and bring back home with me that will be of value to Hiway.”
