NewGround taps top financial services industry talent

NewGround, a St. Louis-based innovative architecture, design, and delivery firm, announces the appointment of Jeff Ensweiler to Senior Vice President of Business Development.

Based in the Dallas area, Jeff will lead NewGround’s Business Development Team and will serve as the senior leader managing the development and implementation of business development strategies to drive revenue and growth as the company expands its service offering to now include expanded strategy, design only, and project management services in addition to the company’s traditional design-delivery offering. The addition of Jeff emphasizes company’s commitment to broadening its leadership team to ensure that NewGround is well positioned for the growth opportunities ahead.

With more than 21 years of overall experience and an esteemed family history in the financial services industry, Jeff brings a wealth of success in business development and has assisted banks and credit unions in maximizing their return from their facilities as one of the leading sales representatives in the US for the past 14 years.

Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in business entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and studied international business at the University of London.
