The Charlotte Observer names Jack Henry & Associates to Top Workplaces list for fifth consecutive year

Company recognized for open and engaging workplace culture, commitment to career development

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc.® (NASDAQ:JKHY) is a leading provider of technology solutions and payment processing services primarily for the financial services industry. Today, the company announced that it has been acknowledged by The Charlotte Observer as one of the 2019 Top Workplaces in the Charlotte metro area. Jack Henry ranked no. 36 in the Small Companies category.

The Charlotte Observer worked with research partner Energage to determine the region’s best places to work based on the results of a confidential survey inquiring about areas such as opportunities for advancement, workplace flexibility, employee benefits and overall culture. This is the fifth year Jack Henry has been included in the ranking. The company employs approximately 140 people in its Charlotte office.

Each year, The Charlotte Observer opens nominations to companies in the Charlotte metro area (Cabarrus, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, and Union counties in North Carolina, as well as Lancaster and York counties in South Carolina) with more than 35 employees. The ranking is divided into Small, Medium and Large categories based on the number of professionals employed in the region.
