Premier Members Credit Union is inviting the community and its membership to join in the credit union’s holiday sock drive. Now through January 3, members and the community can donate new, adult-size socks to benefit Attention Homes by visiting a Premier Members branch location. Members may also donate funds at the credit union that will go directly to Attention Homes to purchase necessities for their clients.
"Donation drives are incredibly beneficial to Attention Homes,” said Alex Bergland, Director of Communications for Attention Homes. “Since we serve young people experiencing homelessness, new socks not only help keep feet warm, but they demonstrate that we, as a community, value these youth and realize they deserve clean new socks just like the rest of us. Since 2013, Premier Members Credit Union has donated more than $150,000 annually through corporate and employee giving and more than 1,000 hours of annual employee volunteer time towards community projects.
