Due to the busy holiday season, hospital shelves are nearly bare, affecting thousands of patients. We need your help – lives depend on it! To register today to donate at any of the following locations on January 7 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m., visit sdccu.com/blooddrive:

SDCCU is dedicated to bringing its community together to help save lives, and has done so by supporting the San Diego Blood Bank for nearly 20 years. In May, SDCCU partnered with the San Diego Blood Bank to host blood drives throughout San Diego and Riverside counties that yielded 97 pints of much needed blood, which equals roughly 291 lives saved. In November, SDCCU joined forces with Holiday Bowl to host a blood drive that yielded 396 donations, which will impact at least 1,188 lives.
Blood donations are especially critical at this time of year because donations often decrease due to the holidays and cold and flu season, while the need for more blood often increases.
