Each quarter, Robins Financial Credit Union selects three employees that represent the best of the best in three categories – Manager, Support Department Staff and Branch Staff. Employees are selected by management based on their outstanding work performance and written recommendations from their peers. The winners chosen for the fourth quarter of 2019 are as follows:
Barbara Mead, Chantilly Branch – Mead is the manager of Robins Financial’s Chantilly branch. She has been employed by Robins Financial Credit Union for 35 years. Mead is a member of Civitan International. She enjoys spending time with family and helping with fine arts at her church.
Cassy Rozier, Risk Management Department – Rozier is a Risk Management Analyst for Robins Financial Credit Union. She has been employed with Robins Financial for 10 years. Rozier enjoys spending time with her family.
Rocco Ruggiero, Hartley Bridge Branch – Ruggiero is a Senior Member Service Representative with Robins Financial Credit Union. He has been employed with Robins Financial for 7 years. Ruggiero enjoys spending time with family, watching movies and playing board games and loves rooting for the Dallas Cowboys.
