Spring forward with a free cup of coffee compliments of Wescom Credit Union

Wescom picks up tab for Southern Californians at select The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® locations this Sunday for Daylight Saving Time

When the clocks change this Sunday for Daylight Saving Time, it means one less hour of sleep for most people. Wescom Credit Union is helping make the morning run a little smoother as part of its sixth annual #WescomKindness Daylight Saving Time event, by picking up the tab for lucky guests in 23 The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® locations across Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties on Sunday, March 8.

“Our purpose is to help Southern Californians build better lives by offering innovative banking solutions, complimentary financial education tools, and small acts of kindness like our annual #WescomKindness Daylight Saving Time event,” said Tamar Atamian, Vice President Marketing, Wescom Credit Union. “It’s truly an honor to make a positive, meaningful impact in our local communities by surprising and delighting SoCal residents with a free purchase at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. It’s small gestures like this that make Wescom the premier banking partner for nearly 200,000 Southern Californians.”

Participating locations of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® are available online at wescom.org/cbtl. Guest purchases will be paid by Wescom, up to $15 per transaction, beginning the moment doors open in the morning until $2,000-worth of bills are paid for at each of the 23 designated locations.

“We always look forward to partnering with Wescom Credit Union to surprise and delight guests during the daylight saving time event,” said Christy Smith, director of marketing, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®. “The pursuit of sharing goodness with our guests has inspired us since day one. We are pleased that Wescom will once again treat our guests to their purchases during this #WescomKindness event as together we continue to create moments of greater goodness in our communities.”

Wescom has a long tradition of #WescomKindness programs, including surprising and delighting Southern California residents on the streets, at movie theaters and more
