Firefly’s mortgage team is working to help members complete the home financing process in a safe way by connecting them to curbside service options.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, some of the title companies that Firefly works with, including First American Title in Burnsville, are offering car-side closings as a low-contact option. This allows buyers to finalize their home purchase or refinance in a safe and convenient manner.
“Our team and those we work with have had to get creative with new ways to safely serve members during the pandemic,” said Dale Turner, Firefly Credit Union’s President/CEO. “Curbside mortgage closings service is just one way that Firefly is working to meet our members’ needs during these uncertain times.”
