MSU Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) joined The Children’s Foundation & iHeartRadio to support the COVID-19 Crisis Fundraising Campaign from May 11 to 17, 2020. The Credit Union matched funds donated up to $8,500 to the campaign, which was established to help children and families in Detroit and surrounding areas.
“We were pleased to be a part of this effort to help those who are most in need during this time,” said Deidre Davis, MSUFCU Chief Marketing Officer. “One of our core values is giving back to the community, and by partnering with The Children’s Foundation and iHeartRadio, we were able to have an immediate impact on children’s and families’ health and wellness.”
The Children’s Foundation supports pediatric research, education, community benefit programs, and other initiatives that improve the health of children in Michigan. The nonprofit donates $6 million in grants annually. iHeartRadio is a free online radio broadcast, podcast and streaming app owned by iHeartMedia Inc.
