NewGround, a St. Louis-based innovative architecture, design, and project management firm, recently celebrated the groundbreaking of Maui County Federal Credit Union’s (FCU) new headquarters in Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii.
Providing site selection assistance, due diligence investigation, and construction management services, NewGround will help bring Maui County FCU’s new 26,183 square foot headquarters building to life. Being developed on two acres of land, the facility will include a branch with a two-lane drive-thru, a covered outdoor lanai off the staff break room, a large meeting space that can serve as a community room, and a fitness center. The new headquarters building was designed by EHA, NewGround’s Honolulu-based design partner.
