Royal Credit Union announces new branch manager ll of Edina branch

Royal Credit Union (Royal) announces Michelle Kpissay as Branch Manager ll of the Edina branch. Kpissay’s role includes making sure the branch meets financial and growth goals through daily operations while simultaneously working with team members to ensure positive member experiences for Royal’s Members.

Kpissay began working for Royal in July 2020 as the Edina branch Team Lead. Prior to Royal, Kpissay had 10 years of experience in the financial industry with positions ranging from Commercial Banking Assistant to Senior Personal Banker. Kpissay received her degree in English literature from Augsburg College in Minneapolis.

Kpissay is continuously looking for new ways to get involved. She is currently a member of Royal Young Professionals and a member of the African-American Credit Union Coalition. Kpissay is from North Minneapolis, where she currently resides with her husband, son, and daughter.
