OnPath Federal Credit Union announces leadership promotions & welcomes new hires

60-year-old credit union focuses on strategy, service and digital transformation in its recent staff changes and leadership promotions.

In its 60th year, OnPath Federal Credit Union (formerly ASI Federal Credit Union) has announced several leadership promotions and welcomed new hires to its team. As the credit union sets its strategy on unique member experiences and growth, changes in leadership and the introduction of new roles will help enhance retail and in-branch experiences, improve efficiencies and internal processes for the credit union.

“As a credit union that has served the greater New Orleans area for more than 60 years, we are consistently focused on increasing efficiencies that benefit our most important group – our members,” stated Jared Freeman, CEO of OnPath Federal Credit Union. “It is impossible to rest on our laurels and believe that technology or our members’ needs cannot surpass what we offer. Introducing fresh, innovative talent to our growing credit union is imperative to our operations over the next 60 years”.

OnPath Federal Credit Union has reorganized departments and incorporated the following positions into its senior leadership team:

  • Candace Washington former Director of Marketing and Communications has been promoted to Vice President of Member Engagement.
  • Shasta Leininger former Director of Efficiency & Sales has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Digital Experience.
  • Nellie Lovergne former Director of Consumer Lending and Account Resolutions has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Retail.
  • Brian Menard has assumed the role of Vice President of Strategy and Support.
  • Mitchell Olinsky has assumed the role of Vice President of Enterprise Services.
