Premier Members Credit Union (PMCU) has broken ground on its second branch location in Arvada, Colo. Founded in Boulder nearly 60 years ago, the not-for-profit financial institution’s expansion into Arvada marks its 17th retail branch location.
The 1,900-square-foot facility will be located at 8319 Howell St. in Arvada, within the vibrant, new commercial development of Park Ridge. With anticipated completion in early 2022, the new development is the most recent project between PMCU and AD Miller Construction Services, who is serving as the design-build partner.
“We view this project as an opportunity to enhance our commitment to our membership and expand our service and support to local communities,” said Brian Resch Executive Vice President of Consumer Banking at Premier Members Credit Union. “We are looking forward to expanding our locations and full range of financial products and Artisans of Banking approach in the Arvada community.”
The one-story, full-service branch location will feature indoor banking space, drive-thru teller access, and drive-up ATM access. With sustainability a brand pillar for PMCU, the project’s design and practices bring a concerted focus on conservation.
