Premier Gives program awarded first place in Dora Maxwell Social Responsibility Community Service Award

Awarded by the Mountain West Credit Union Association’s (MWCUA) “Over 1$ B” Category

Premier Members Credit Union’s Premier Gives program has been awarded First Place in the Mountain West Credit Union Association’s “Over $1 B” Category as part of the State Level Dora Maxwell Award.

The Dora Maxwell Social Responsibility Community Service Award is given to a credit union for its social responsibility within the community. The award is given for external activities, including educational activities, community involvement projects, and activities that help other people or strengthens the structure of a community.

Premier Gives provides the community with funds and employee volunteers to support the initiatives of education, financial literacy, and basic needs. Premier Gives provides more than $300,000 annually in community support from employee and credit union sponsorships and donations, and grants more than $35,000 in annual youth scholarships. Premier Gives is supported by more than 1,000 employee out-reach hours, as well as community nonprofit sponsorships.
