Raiz Federal Credit Union, a trusted local financial institution, will be going through an exciting and innovative system upgrade this weekend to provide its members with top-level enhancements and financial services. To ensure a smooth transition into the advanced system, Raiz will temporarily be closing its branches and Call Center from Saturday, July 22 to Monday, July 24. During these days, members can expect some minor impacts on service availability. Everything about this highly anticipated upgrade including how to prepare for it, and what to expect with the launch of the enhanced digital banking platform can be found in the System Upgrade Guide created by Raiz.
The upgraded digital banking platform offers a state-of-the-art, intuitive, secure, and user-friendly experience. This includes streamlined navigation, simplified account management, and an overall improved user interface. Members can look forward to having an easy-to-use financial management tool that will help them monitor their saving goals, set up external accounts for easy transfers, access credit scores at any time, simplify bill payments, and conveniently apply for a loan.
While the system upgrade weekend is in progress, members will have limited access to their current digital and mobile banking systems, live chat, PAT (Personal Audio Teller), Card Valet, transaction history/statements, deposits, and new account openings. Raiz and Allpoint Network ATMs will remain available, with cash withdrawal limits in place. Debit card purchases will be unaffected, although some high-dollar transactions may have limited availability. To ensure a seamless experience, Raiz recommends members plan ahead for larger purchases by withdrawing funds prior to the weekend closure or consider utilizing their Raiz credit card.
A copy of the comprehensive System Upgrade Guide has been mailed to each member's household. This guide can also be downloaded in English or Spanish online at www.raiz.us/system-upgrade, or by visiting the nearest Raiz branch and requesting a copy. It is crucial that Raiz members read the guide thoroughly and become familiar with it before the system upgrade weekend closure.
