The new digital banking platform can be experienced online or via mobile app, now available for download in Google Play and Apple App Store. As members adjust to the new digital banking platform, Raiz FCU is committed to providing exceptional support and guidance. From July 25 to August 18, the credit union's support services via online chat and phone will be available with extended hours from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with Saturday support hours remaining the same from 9:30 am until 12:30 pm.
