Michael Bishop recently joined Qualstar Credit Union as Senior Vice President of Operations. In his new role, Bishop will provide leadership and direction to Qualstar’s retail branches, member contact center, and operations support area.

Bishop has 20 years’ experience leading consumer banking strategy and operations. Prior to joining Qualstar, Bishop worked at Salal Credit Union as Vice President of Retail Banking. He has also held leadership positions at BECU and Wells Fargo. Bishop holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Northern Arizona University, graduated from Pacific Coast Banking School, and is a certified Credit Union Development Educator.
