Due to popular demand, Westerra Credit Union’s First-Time Homebuyer virtual seminar is returning this fall for a one-day-only presentation on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 12:00pm MT.
This free seminar will provide valuable information and insights to attendees to help them make informed decisions about their mortgage, navigate today’s Colorado housing market, and learn about the buying process from start to finish. Additionally, topics will include pre-approvals, debt-to-income ratios, tips for a down payment, and more. The seminar is open to members and non-members of Westerra Credit Union.
