Adam has utilized his experience in marketing strategy for more than 20 years. He began my financial services marketing career as a Vice President of Marketing Strategy with CitiGroup and General Electric until he began managing a strategic marketing agency in 2004. Adam was able to leverage his strategic marketing experience to help over 300 clients increase customer retention, profitability and new customer acquisition. Since joining Marquis, Adam has helped clients through the assembly and analysis of their data and take action through marketing strategy, and most importantly, track the results.

As an OnTrax Strategist, he provides strategic guidance through analysis and direct marketing plans as well as segmentation analysis and strategies. Overall, the objective is to combine the goals of the institution and the core opportunities from the account holder data to provide the ability to understand customers, the market, and most importantly the opportunities available in the areas clients serve. Following the plan and implementing these data-driven programs will provide positive return on investment.
