Bob Donley

Bob Donley has served on the board of the Carolinas Credit Union League for more than 15 years, spanning the organization’s evolution from the North Carolina Credit Union League to its current two-state footprint. As board chair, he brings deep insight into the movement’s priorities, governance, and advocacy efforts. Professionally, Donley has led Members Credit Union as president and CEO since 2016, after serving as executive vice president beginning in 1995. Under his leadership, the credit union has expanded to 17 branches across North Carolina, with assets of approximately $460 million and more than 50,000 members. He has decades of experience in community banking and savings institutions and has served on multiple industry boards, including the N.C. Credit Union Commission and Credit Union Advisory Council of the CFPB.
