Brian Melter is the chief experience officer at Landmark Credit Union, one of Wisconsin’s largest not-for-profit financial cooperatives and one of the top 50 credit unions in the country. Melter leads the strategy and teams responsible for all aspects of the public and member experience. Dedicated to delivering a better experience, Melter creates practices that improve member acquisition and retention. He is responsible for mapping the member journey, leveraging technology, operational efficiencies and new products and services to create conveniences for members and contribute to business growth. Melter oversees more than 500 associates across branch operations, marketing and communications, deposit product development and digital properties. Prior to joining Landmark Credit Union, Melter held several leadership positions in the financial industry, where he has accumulated more than 27 years of experience in strategy, innovation, technology, digital, operations and marketing. Melter holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and is an active member of Lake Country Fire & Rescue as a certified firefighter and first responder.
