An active advocate for the credit union movement, Ciara serves as an Associate Board Director for CHROME Federal Credit Union, a mentor through the American Association of Credit Union’s Mentor Program, and a member of the National Credit Union Foundation’s DE Alumni Advisory Group. These leadership roles reflect her commitment to advancing the cooperative movement, supporting emerging leaders, and strengthening the future of the credit union industry.

Ciara holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Duquesne University and is a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE). She believes lasting organizational success is built through intentional leadership, trusted partnerships, and the courage to challenge what’s possible.
