Wooden is also President of Wooden Consulting, LLC, where she focuses on executive coaching, leadership development, and strategic engagement for credit unions and purpose-driven organizations. She also serves as Director of Strategy and Engagement for the Credit Union Women’s Leadership Alliance and contributes as a Senior Consultant with Coopera Consulting.

With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Wooden is known for helping leaders grow, strengthening collaboration across organizations, and designing programs that support long-term leadership development and succession planning. She was recently recognized by American Banker as one of the Most Powerful Women in Credit Unions.
