Dan Boozer joined SWBC in January 2010 and is the Vice President of Collections for AutoPilot Services.

Prior to working at SWBC, Dan served as the National Manager for Customer Accounts at Toyota Financial Services. In this role, he led a team of 300 who were responsible for collections and customer service for the Western region of Toyota’s $80 billion loan portfolio. Before that, Dan was the Senior Director of Extended Operations for Capital One Auto Finance, where he led a team of 500 handling collections on a $23 billion auto loan portfolio. Dan also served as Assistant Vice President of Collections and Fraud for USAA and held several other senior leadership positions within the company.
Dan holds an MBA from The University of Florida and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Central Florida. He also serves on the board for the YMCA of San Antonio and chairs their Finance Committee. He is also active in supporting United Way, The American Heart Association, ALS and Goodwill.
