Haleigh Laverty is a skilled public relations professional with experience crafting successful and creative communication strategies, multimedia productions, and PR campaigns. Haleigh’s PR career began with the United States Air Force where she served as a Public Affairs Specialist and Broadcast Journalist for the 628 Air Base Wing at Joint Base Charleston. During her military service, she was recognized with multiple awards for her innovative communication efforts, including First Place for Best Multimedia Production by Total Air Force AMC, and accolades for Most Effective Command Information TV Spot and Most Effective Video Documentation Production. She was also honored with the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal for her contributions to the missions of Joint Base Charleston and the Total Air Force.
Haleigh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Southern New Hampshire University and a Technical Diploma in Radio and Television Broadcast Technology from the Defense Information School. She carries a strong passion for humanity and serving others, volunteering with the American Heart Association, Air Force Sergeants Association, MUSC Hollings Cancer Center, Christian Adventures, Seacoast Church, SEEN Moms, and Charleston Beach Olympics.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Haleigh is an avid beachgoer, foodie, and DIY enthusiast residing in Charleston, South Carolina. She is actively involved in her church and is a proud mother to two young daughters, Nora and Emersyn.
