Holly Fearing is the Chief Marketing & Experience Officer at the National Credit Union Foundation, where she leads brand, storytelling, and experience strategy to advance the Foundation’s mission to improving financial well‑being with and through credit unions. She brings nearly two decades of credit union industry leadership, most recently serving as Head of Marketing & Experience at the Filene Research Institute, where she helped elevate Filene’s role as a national voice for credit union innovation. Holly began her credit union career at CUNA Mutual Group (now TruStage) and earned her Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) designation in 2011. A dedicated cooperative advocate, she has served as president of the board for one of the country’s largest grocery co-ops and is a frequent speaker and advisor to credit unions across the U.S. and Canada.
