Prior to her tenure at Clearview, Janet held leadership positions at United Health Group, Budget Car and Truck Rental, and PNC Bank, where she developed a strong foundation in call center management, customer service, and operational leadership. Her commitment to innovation and excellence was recognized in 2019 when she received the Cloud Cherry CX Champion of the Year award for her achievements in fostering an experience-driven culture, enhancing member engagement, and leveraging data-driven insights.
As a Pittsburgh native, Janet earned her Bachelor of Science in professional studies and her Master’s in leadership and liberal studies from Duquesne University while working full-time. She was previously inducted into Alpha Sigma Lambda, a national honor society recognizing individuals who achieve both academic excellence and leadership.
Beyond her career, from 2010 to 2022, Janet served as Treasurer and Board of Trustees member for the Washington County Manufacturers Association, organizing the annual golf outing to support scholarships for students pursuing careers in manufacturing.
In her free time, Janet enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins and Steelers, and traveling.
