Thomas is EVP and CIO at PenFed Credit Union and is responsible for all the information technology functions across the organization. Thomas was assistant vice president of Bank Systems for USAA Information Technology. Thomas is a graduate of the University of Manchester in England where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Accounting. He is also a graduate of the BAI Graduate School of Retail Bank Management, widely considered to be the most advanced executive education programs in the industry.
