Josh has more than 15 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining ViClarity, he served as a Senior Director and Advisor for Callahan & Associates, where he used credit union-focused data and analytics to establish and expand more than 200 strategic relationships and guide executives in their planning activities. Josh has also held marketing leadership positions at two credit unions, helping to scale revenue, lead strategic planning and drive digital transformation.

Josh received his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from Harding University. He sits on the Board of Trustees for a school in Jackson, Tennessee, where he lives with his family.
